Nicky C and I have begun a workout which he has labeled Hell Month. He designed this workout and hopefully by the end of the month we'll be Josh Wade lookalikes.
I just finished Day 2 about an hour ago and I'm still feeling a dittle lead. Nick can post the workout up if anyone is interested in joining in.
IMNOSUPERMAN...YET!

yeah, i'll be posting that john a lil later on. right now it's a combination of general/soccer stretches mixed with bruce lee/general weight toning exercises. in about a month it'll be warmer so the cardio comes out which'll be some b.lee running mixed with some of the navy seal workouts.. along w/the previous weight training.
even if you don't have weights there's 10 different styles of pushups that'll make you cry and a 10 min ab session that'll make your stomach explode. it's only day 2. tomorrow is legs so join in pooses. even tho i can barely move my body i must say i enjoy it ;D

I been going crazy waiting for warm weather to come. I need to do out door activities!
This Summer is the summer of the tennis! We will dress like dorks and own!
oh and if you are going to do that you should put a diet into it... here is my diet.
-3 meals a day -breakfast = granola bar/ apple/ juice -lunch - sandwhich: meat, leatus, cheese / apple, juice or milk -dinner: can be: pasta, chinese, subway 6", pretty much anything along as it wont kill you/ Have to have one vegtable.
and tons of water doing the day. -

that's generally what mine is like now. except i'm eating few carbs/starches, less soda, atleast some kind of a vegetable a day.. usually it's a frozen bag of the mixed stuff. looks like tonight i won't be able to do the weights. i can't even get my arms spread out wide (like a hug) w/out putting a serious injury on myself. let alone lifting a 50lb bar over my head and on my shoulders guess it'll be abs, super long stretches, and dumbell curls tonight. /me just noticed that lil star up on the tags..
